INTRIALS at BIO Convention 2010 – Chicago IL, USA

INTRIALS is proud to announce its fourth consecutive participation at BIO International Convention (Biotechnology International Convention), the world’s largest annual event for the biotechnology industry, at Brazil Pavilion at McCormick Place Convention in Chicago IL, USA on May 3rd - 6th.

The 2010 BIO International Convention was a huge success - hosting a record-number of partnering meetings and highlighting a broad array of top-level speakers addressing critical global challenges and the top issues in biotech. The event drew 15,322 industry leaders from 49 states and 65 countries.

For INTRIALS, the event was a success, the participation in the Business Forum allowed an outstanding number of meetings with new potential clients. As a member of the Brazilian Delegation, INTRIALS also had a booth in the Brazil Pavilion, which also allowed interactions with Brazilian Companies and Government Representatives.

The full Convention program featured more than 125 breakout sessions across 17 tracks, addressing the latest scientific, policy and business opportunities and challenges facing the biotechnology industry today.

The BIO Business Forum, a cornerstone of the Convention that provides an opportunity for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, academic research institutions and investors from around the world to schedule one-on-one meetings and discuss potential business opportunities, hosted a record-number 17,100 partnering meetings between 2,125 companies and 190 company presentations. In addition, the 180,000 sq. ft. BIO Exhibition featured more than 1,700 exhibitors.

 INTRIALS at BIO Convention 2009 – Atlanta, USA

INTRIALS is proud to announce its participation at Brazil Pavilion during BIO 2009 (Biotechnology International Convention) in Atlanta, USA last May. 

The BIO International Convention is the largest global event for the biotechnology industry and attracts thousands of attendees every year and also includes hundreds of sessions covering biotech trends, policy issues and technological innovations, and the world's largest biotechnology exhibition - the BIO Exhibition.

This year 14,352 people attended the convention with a record-setting of 14,202 30-minute partnering meetings (with 190 companies presenting), in addition to the 15-minute company presentations. Packed sessions (170 total in 22 tracks), lively receptions, inspirational keynoters and an energetic exhibition across 176,000 net square feet, helped create a successful event.  

BIO 2010 has already started being planned the convention is going to take place from May 3-6 in Chicago, USA. 

Successful results are already emerging from that.
